Q: When do I receive the order?
A - Delivery takes 3:5 working days all over Egypt (weekends and official holidays are excluded).
Q: How much does the shipping cost?
A- Cairo and Giza 50 EGP.
Other Governates 60 EGP to 80 EGP. It will be calculated automatically when you checkout.
Q: At what time will my order be delivered?
A- The shipping company will contact you in the delivery day to arrange a suitable time between 9 AM to 5 PM.

A- Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
On sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price can not be exchanged or refunded. Items can be exchanged/returned in14 days of your purchase.
