1. Order Inspection & Immediate Returns

* Customers have 5–10 minutes to inspect and try on their order upon delivery.
* If you decide not to keep an item, you may return it immediately to the courier.
* Only the applicable shipping fees will be charged.
* Once the courier leaves, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

2. Exchanges

* Approved exchange requests are subject to shipping and handling fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
* Website orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical stores.

3. Customer Responsibility

* If an order is accepted without inspection, the customer assumes full responsibility for the items.
* No refund or exchange can be processed after the courier has left.

4. Sale Items

* Sale items may be inspected at the time of delivery.
* No refunds or exchanges are permitted on sale items once the courier has left.

5. Orders of 4 Items or More

* Orders containing 4 or more items require a 50% deposit to be confirmed.
* The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of placing the order.
* Orders without the required deposit within this period will be automatically cancelled.

6. Manufacturing Defects

* Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to report any manufacturing defects.
* Defect claims must be reported within this 30-day period.
* Reports submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted or accommodated.

٢. الاستبدال

* في حالة الموافقة على طلب الاستبدال، يتحمل العميل جميع مصاريف الشحن والمناولة الخاصة بالاستبدال.
* لا يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع طلبات الموقع الإلكتروني من خلال الفروع أو المتاجر.

٣. مسؤولية العميل

* في حالة استلام الطلب دون فحص المنتجات، يكون العميل مسؤولًا بالكامل عن المنتجات بعد مغادرة مندوب التوصيل.
* لا يمكن قبول أي طلب استرجاع أو استبدال بعد مغادرة المندوب.

٤. المنتجات المخفضة

* يُسمح للعميل بفحص وتجربة المنتجات المخفضة وقت الاستلام.
* لا يوجد استرجاع أو استبدال للمنتجات المخفضة بعد مغادرة مندوب التوصيل.

٥. الطلبات التي تحتوي على ٤ منتجات أو أكثر

* الطلبات التي تحتوي على ٤ منتجات أو أكثر تتطلب دفع 50% مقدمًا لتأكيد الطلب.
* يجب دفع المقدم خلال 24 ساعة من وقت تسجيل الطلب.
* في حالة عدم دفع المقدم خلال المدة المحددة، سيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.

٦. عيوب التصنيع

* يحق للعميل الإبلاغ عن أي عيوب تصنيع خلال مدة أقصاها 30 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
* يجب الإبلاغ عن العيب خلال هذه المدة حتى يتم النظر في الطلب.
* لن يتم قبول أو النظر في أي بلاغات عن عيوب تصنيع بعد مرور 30 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام
